Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients: [260 kcal + the calories from the chosen fruit]
- 1 cup of Vegan yogurt (I use Silk protein yogurt); [200 kcal]
- 2 cups of fruits of choice (best if frozen); [depends on which fruit you choose]
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds (optional); [60 kcal]

Toppins (optional): [275 kcal]
- 2 tbsp of great value powdered Peanut Butter; [60 kcal]
- 1 tbsp of HERSHEY'S Zero Sugar Chocolate Syrup; [5 kcal]
- 15g of Great Value Ultra Thin Salty Pretzel Sticks; [60 kcal]
- 1/2 a cup of Great Value Instant 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats Cup; [150 kcal]

Total: [535 kcal + the calories from the chosen fruit]

Directions:
- Add the Vegan yogurt, frozen fruit and chia seeds to a blendler;
- Blend until smooth
- Pour blend onto container
- Put the blend in the freezer
- Stir every 25 minutes until frozen yogurt consistency
- Add topins and enjoy
