Always eat vegan;

Shake legs while eating (speeds metabolism up);

Try to eat as little calories as possible;

Eat more protein/ make a protein shale (I want muscles for ballet);
-
Walk at least 10,000 steps a day + exercise (1:30 hours/ day) + strech (1 hour/ day);
