Mac & Cheese
Ingredients: [221 kcal]
- 200 g of Miracle noodles (I use fettucine style, but any of them work!); [10 kcal]
- 3 tbsp of Market Pantry Less Sodium Soy Sauce (or any low sodium soy sauce); [15 kcal]
- 1/4 cup of frozen Spinach; [16 kcal]
- 1 cup of shreded lettuce (for volume); [10 kcal]
- 1/4 cup of Daiya Dairy-Free Cheddar Cheese Sauce; [130 kcal]
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast; [40 kcal]
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprica
- Any other 0 calorie seasoning
Directions:
- Heat up a pot to a medium heat;
- Add the Low Sodium Soy Sauce;
- Add the Miracle noodles and let it sit in there for 3 minutes, stir ocasionally;
- Add the Spinach and mix it in;
- Add seasoning to taste, mix it in;
- Add the shreded lettuce and the nutritional yeast, mix it in;
- When the lettuce size has shrunk, add the Daiya Dairy-Free Cheddar Cheese Sauce, and mix it in;
- Serve and enjoy;
